We have been having problems with our phone and internet. We have a bundle deal…phone, internet and cable all on one bill. We have had no problems with our cable, but the phone and internet keep going down. This has been going on for about 2 weeks. As an internet junkie, it is very frustrating. We call the cable company and try to explain what is happening. They ask is the phone working now…yes. Well then there doesn’t seem to be a problem. We could try calling when it is actually down, but our cell phones have terrible reception in our house. We thought maybe it was our router, so we bought a new one. No dice. Matt finally was able to talk to someone who said we should bring in our modem and change it out. So he rushed home from work, got the modem, brought it to the office, only to be told they don’t have phone modems there. What…don’t these people talk to each other? It was someone from there company that told him to bring it in. Anyway, hopefully we can get to the bottom of this soon, because I am getting really peeved! That is why I haven’t been posting lately… the Internet is always down!
