In October we re-did our bathroom. Our only bathroom. Good times! When we moved in 4 1/2 years ago, it was the only room we didn't touch. It is kinda hard to tell from the pictures, but the walls are a light green, not blue. It turned out really well, and the lighter color makes the room look so much bigger. We painted, put in a new floor, new toilet seat, new light fixture, new hardware, new towel racks and toilet paper holder, and a new sink.





I was also getting sort of bored with our bedroom. To change it up a little, we removed the headboard and bought a new quilt and pillow shams.



Just removing the headboard made the room look so much bigger. And the new quilt tied in nicely with the curtains (which I love - bought them at World Market about 4 years ago...they really keep the room dark and warm!) and the throw pillows we already had.

And of course, our new baby - the van. Lily loves her "blue car" and really seems to enjoy car trips better in the van. And that is even when the DVD player isn't on!
